A New Award & East Front WW II Action

I woke up this morning with a hankering for some east front WW II tactical action and that is an itch I cannot scratch. I was also surprised to find out that my April A-Z Challenge endurance netted me another award, we'll think of this one as a campaign ribbon.

The closest I can come to my WW II action desire right now is to break out my Up Front game and hope that either my wife or my youngest daughter will take pity on me and play. Every other World War 2 game has been somehow eliminated from my collection, with the sole exception of my PC-DOS version of Panzer General, which is kind of a pain in the ass to play on my system since it was built after 1995.

What I really want is a board game or a miniature game anyway. Perhaps I'll just torment the family with a WW II movie instead; I haven't seen Cross of Iron in a while.

4. For extra cash I have also worked as a bouncer pretty often; starting back in high school, when I was actually too young to get into bars myself.
5. I have been shot, stabbed and set on fire; not all at once though.

7. I was a military cadet in high school, but never served in the actual military.
